Sprint LG Rumor service is just plain lousy to non-existent here. 12 dropped calls, another 10 unable to connect, 20 failed text messages by 11 am in a single day - happens often. Ridiculously poor service and not worth the exorbidant funds to have 3 phones on the plan.

Major issues. Supposedly due to "network upgrades". Have all the same problems. No Service, dropped calls, not text messages received, echo on calls, etc.. Took phone in to Sprint Store on Route 59 in Naperville and was told that the towers are down and that there is nothing that we can do about this. I asked her to refund half of my monthly payments since the phone only works half the time. She said, call customer service. So I did. They refused to refund me anything amd said that there is no notwork issues in my area. I am really unhappy about the whole situation and if I wasn't stuck in a contract, I would have left. I left T-Mobile for the lack of reception and lack of customer service... Not good Sprint... Not Good

I have been with Verizon for 6yrs and always had superior service. The GPS has been perfect everytime, never dropped a call, and the internet is good as well. Great video and pic text. The only downfall is the cost, my bill averages 84.00 a month.

I'm really confused by poor ratings on Sprint. The reason I have this service is because it's so solid around here and has been since Sprint bought Nextel (my previous provider). I've talked on it from Yorkville to North Aurora and down into Southern Naperville without ever dropping a call or having a bad signal (and for that matter, all around the Midwest rarely losing call signal and always having a data signal)

I have been a customer of U.S. Cellular for almost 10 years now. I have traveled all over the country, from the densest urban areas to the most remote rural nothingness. I have NEVER dropped a call or failed to get a signal. Not once... ever. I simply don't understand why anyone would ever chose another service provider. I suppose if you absolutely must have an I-Phone, then you'll look elsewhere, but if the concern is in making reliably clear phone calls... there is simply no alternative to U.S. Cellular.

that is a six story concrete / steel building built in 1926 and I get good recepcion. I have been with AT&T Cingular for 12 years and I am very,very happy with this company. I went to cacun,mexico and not a single call drop now thats good. thanks g.reyes

My new house is in a poor recetion area. I can't talk for more than 3 minutes before the call will drop. Customer service is no help. I am not going to renew contract.

Some reception problems in the basement, but otherwise not bad.

I have T-Mobile and I love it I have had Cingular for 6 years and switched to sprint, but then didn't like thier service. Now I'm trying T-Mobile and I got to say it is the best company I ever used.

I go all over town and I've never had a dropped call from my phone. Calls have dropped sue to my friends phones but not mine. Its fine on the East Side and the West Side.
