bad reception for our phones in our house for the last 2 months and Verizon does not care, not willing to do anything about it.

I'm staying at the Hodiday Inn West, if it wasn't for the wifi, I wouldn't have any reception at all. I'm from the Chicago area where T-Mobile works fine.

I live a few blocks from Sterns and 59 and have perfect reception. I use my phone in the basement and have never had a problem. There must be a tower near by for Nextel.

I just moved to Bartlett, like the town, hate the cell phone reception. I have to step outisde to make a call, that is if I am able to get a signal. I am thinking of changing cariiers.

Droped calls all the time, 2 bars if I'm lucky in my own home. Customer service told me they don't have enough towers in the area and not planning any expansion in the near future. Can't wait till my plan runs out!

Cannot make any calls in my house, garage or driveway. Calls are always lost. When you call Verizon they tell you to dial *228 to program your phone for better reception. Every time I call, my call is dropped. Can't use it at the Sterns Rd. Jewel either.

T Mobile is decent in Bartlett but this low spot is a hole. Might be the trees, the subdiv fence, or just the aura of another cornfield being lost to sprawl across the corner... . 8(

Good all over, I've yet to find a no reception area!

Can't talk while in the house. End up using land line. Also HomeDepot and Dominicks on Rt59 forget it. Most of the time while in the building you won't get ANY signal at all. Parking lot it 1 bar of signal strengh. Very disappointing. Since moving to Bartlett 12 years ago I see no new towers yet Bartlett's population has grown substantially. Will be trying a high priced phone to see it helps Motorola E815.

Very poor reception all of a sudden - Was told by one customer service person that US Cellular had lost or dropped some towers in the area. Another customer service person said that US Cellular does not guarantee coverage. They blamed the poor coverage on the village of Bartlett for not allowing them to build towers. WATCH OUT FOR US CELLULAR!

Calls drop very frequently on South Bartlett Rd.just North of Struckman

I usually have full reception anywhere in the northeast section of bartlett... dont travel to far out of that so I only know its good here, other places I have had problems

Pretty good coverage, very good coverage in my neighborhood. The only place I have experianced bad / no coverage is along Sterns Rd.particularly at the Bartlett Library / Pool / Healthcenter and the adjacent athletic fields, otherwise very good covarage.

Reception is poor to none in and around Bartlett and Stearns Rd. In particular the the athletic fields and recreation center located on the northwest corner. Really, really bad.

I have had Sprint for over 4 years and it was good untiil I moved. Sprint is horrible in Bartlett area, never get a proper signal. As soon as I make a call, the signal goes dead.
