	have had a cell phone since 93 and the signal was always poor. however, when a new tower was put up near findlay the reception was very good for about 2 years, and then it went from good to worse ? wth ? reception is worse now than when I had a cell phone the size of a bible. and people wonder why we only text.

	We only get intermittent reception by standing by certain windows and remaining perfectly still as if waiting in a deer stand. If I move my elbow slightly, the call is lost. The only time Verizon reconizes our location is when we recieve our monthly bill. They charge 100% for 20% service, but this is not spelled out in our contract with them. Also, it is quite common to lose your call while driving through Dalton City on Rt. 121. They've been told hundreds of times by many more than us, but they refuse to respond. If we ran our business this way we would starve to death. I don't understand how they get away with it. I think its something abouty monopolies (aren't they unlawful?), control of Illinois Commerce Commission policy, and only regarding high population areas for customer satisfaction. What a deal !

	I have had Cingular service for about 15 yrs. and if I don't use a Nokia phone on the Cingular network in this area you might as well forget it. The next best is a Samsung... . Dont even try a Motorola Every one from the top of the line to the low line is bad reception. When I go 1mile out of town to Decater full signal all the time in the whole Decatur area...
