	There is no way to protect Sprint. No way to defend them. The coverage map is a lie. The cell service has dropped in a major way. Its no longer reliable. I can stand in one area and watch my phone dance all over with the service. It fights to stay off of roaming but finally does and I get better coverage. Sprint uses U.S. Cellular from what I understand so I believe I will change over to them. Sprint will tell you they are upgrading the towers. Ive dealt with text issues last fall. Now its cell signal. But its not just in the southlands. Its all around Chicagoland. From the north burbs to the west and south. Signal has become spotty and erratic. Ive been a customer of Nextel / Sprint since 2002. By the time the fall comes around. I doubt I will continue to be apart of their family. But before others leave. I suggest what I plan to do(not sure if some still do it). I hope to be able to test a phone for a day or two to be sure I am getting one that will work for me not only where I live but where I travel. As some of us has learned. Just because our house is WITHIN the coverage map showing we will have good service,doesnt mean we will.

	Poor to little reception at all. Drop calls. Lucky if calls last more then 2 minutes.
