	The phones will show 2-4 bars of service, but as soon as a call is made the service will drop to almost nothing. Verizon knows there is an issue and will do nothing to fix the problem in the Brimfield / Elmwood area. Instead, if you fight with them, they will offer you a low cost or free network extender. It works really well for your house, but is NOT a proper solution. I really expected more out of Big Red.
