Phone says all 6 bars, but my husband and my phone continues to have problems hearing the other person. When the other person speaks it is broken and very difficult to carry on a conversation. My husband has a sanyo phone and continues to have the same problem. I have called Sprint on several occasions to reset both phones. Service is good for two days then problems occur with both phones again. I have been told that if it happens again to go get my phone checked out. I'm currently looking at other service options due to these issues. I have been a 10+ year customer of Sprint and have not had this much disruption in service since 2004.

Phone states I have all bars of service, but I have been struggling with reception issues for one month now. I have called Sprint customer service and have been informed that there have been some tower issues and that they are in the process of building a new tower for the 4G network the open ticket was supposed to be closed on 5 / 31 / 2011. I used to be able to talk in all areas of my home without a problem since 2007 now service is back to where it was when I first moved out here in 2004 (no constant service in house- have to be outside or actually on Rt 25 in order to not lose a call). I have been a loyal Sprint customer since 2001 and have been really impressed with how fast my customer service issues have been resolved in the past, but at this point I am really getting tired of using my prepaid phone to make phone calls when I am at home!

Moved to the subdivision at Sleepy Hollow and Miller Rds in August of '05 and we both have Nextel. Neither one of us get a decent signal in our house, or in our neighborhood. No signal at all in or around the Dominicks at Randall Rd and Huntley Rd. or near Sleepy Hollow and Huntley Rds. We constantly have "no service", dropped calls, etc. Sometimes our phones won't even ring when someone calls us, and when we leave the house our voicemail ringer goes off, but we never knew we missed a call. However, neither one of us have an expensive or new phone. I have an i730 and he has an i530 (for work). We do not have a land line at our house so its frustrating. My contract with Nextel is up in August and I believe I will switch to Verizon. My friends who have Verizon get service inside my house. Wouldn't that be nice? To have service in your own house?!
