AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V400	In the middle of Chebanse town and my Cingular calls just drop or cut off, no reception whatsoever, very hard to talk to anyone or send a simple text message. Cingular needs better phones or a hell of a lot more towers.

Verizon 0 Out of 5	Cingular was bad - Verizon is worse! Little to no signal at all times. Customer service has no solution. I am stuck for 2 years with 2 phones that are virtually worthless unless I am going to Chicago.
