I have been a Cingular customer for over 10 years, and thank goodness I only have 1 month left in my contract. Cingular used to be a good service provider, however, their coverage is slipping fast. There are so many dead spots in the Coal City area which is extremely frustrating! Why have a phone if you can't make a call when you need to. I have talked to numerous people to see who has the best coverage out here and the consensus is: Nextel. I would rather pay $10 more a month to be able to make a call when I need to.
