Signal drops dead almost the second you cross lee going west on Howard. Spotty coverage all the way to Mt. Prospect rd. Verizon opened a ticket and claims it is my phone, claims this phone is imcompatible with the network now, and unfortuantely is out of warranty, so I will have to pay $50 to replace it with a new one that may or may not work in the same area. I asked why this is the first time I have heard about it when I have been complaining since last summer. I fianlly "escalated" it to a supervisor who agreed to a replacement.
