We have had Sprint for years, and in the last 3 months, the service has dropped from pretty good to beyond belief poor. We have 4 phones with Sprint. 3 are HTC Evo, and 1 is iPhone 4. For the last 3 months, we have gone days at a time without being able to make and / or receive calls. And the days when we are able to make and receive calls, 50% of the time the calls will drop within minutes of making the call, or the signal is so weak, the person on the other line only hears garbled speak. I've had called Sprint numerous times, and have gotten about $30 in credits. My cell phone bill is almost $300.00 / month, so at $10 / day, they have given me 3 days of credit for 3 months of poor service. Depending on which rep I spoke to, I was told towers were down, towers were being upgraded for the LTE phones, or nothing was wrong in the area at all. One of our phones is a business line, so I had to go get another phone / contract on another carrier so we don't miss business calls. Sprint doesn't care that they have cost us lost business and money. I want to cancel my service, but my contracts are not up. They told me my ETF are a total of $900.00. I asked how I can be held to a contract when they are not providing service? Their customer service told me that they are upholding their end of the contract by making repairs so I have no grounds. I informed them that I would be canceling all my phones as they come due... 2 of them this year. The customer service rep, said, "If that's what you think you need to do, then do it." They do not care about satisfying their customers, providing quality service, or customer retention. Oh, the other contract I signed, is with AT and T. I signed that contract 1 1 / 2 months ago, and we have not had one single issue with dropped calls, missed calls, or poor signals.
