Can't use my 515 when indoors. Drop calls all the time, even when standing outside on my porch. Really dissatisfied with AT&T coverage.

Signal is mostly fine. Could be a bit stronger, though.

Previously I owned a SE T306 and I had two bars, but when I bought the V600, performance has improved significantly!

Cingular service has been all but stellar. I've had so many dropped calls - sometimes I just want to put Cingular out business. At Cingular they also have poor customer service. I'm just happy my contract is up and I can leave right now.

I recently moved to Evanston from the north side (Ravenswood) of Chicago and my reception went from stellar to almost non-existent. I was so impressed and happy with Verizon's service in Chicago and the rest of the country.

Northwest and west Evanston reception is terrible to non-existent. Especially from about 2600 Central through Central / Crawford. Anything along McCormick Blvd. north of Main is poor. As is Ridge Rd. from Central / Crawford to north past Lake Ave. in Wilmette.

Great reception inside my condo (behind Ryan Field). Great reception everywhere in Evanston.

What reception? The coverage in Evanston is horrible. Half the time I can't get a signal, especially on the NU campus or near the lake. The service is decent (2 bars) in the downtown area, but further you get, the worse it becomes. I have friends who have marked 2 square feet on the street and walk 5 - 10 minutes from their apartments just to stand there and talk.

I've been told there's a tower on the Northwestern University campus, and reception is great anywhere on campus. Inside buildings is non existent, but I've never experienced any dropped calls or poor reception outside.
