	I never have reception in the downtown area! I know it is not my office because other people can receive and make calls from the basement. It is terrible.

	i got full reception around here prety much at all times. once in a while it will drop to 4 / 5 or 3 / 5-4 / 5 in my house and I live very near this intersection. service is great everyhere I have travelled around glen ellyn / lombard I always have a signal and never drop a call.

	I get zero bars in my basement. I go upstairs it takes about 20 minutes to find one bar. I go out side I'm lucky to get 3 bars. T-Mobile sucks here.
