AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: RAZR	I see that there is a new cell phone tower behind the old gas station at Route 3 and Clifton Terrace Road. Who owns this tower? Is it active? Too bad that AT&T did not put it up there. I live in Piasa Hills and reception is very poor there. Even the AT&T site show poor reception from that point north. Too bad thay they did NOT have that map active when I signed my contract. I want to know who put that tower up and sign with them when this contract is us.

AT&T 1 Out of 5	Outside of Alton, along the Great River Road. Reception is very spotty, the poor people that must have to live with that poor reception. Carriers need to add a tower to that area.
