I have always received perfect reception in all of the St. Louis metropolitan area that I visit while with T-Mobile. I have used low end and mid grade phones and simply cannot see how this service could be improved in the arena of signal strength or reception.

I get excellent reception with T-Mobile and have for over 3 years in this area. I have used a Nokia 6010, Motorola Razr and now have a Nokia 6133. I have had two dropped calls in over three years, both while driving and one while driving under an overpass.

Little to no reception throughout most of Granite City. Downtown area is no service. By my house on Washington Ave, it's one bar reception, with poor quality that cuts in and out and dropped call after dropped call.

I have 3 T-Mobile Phones on my account. I live at one end of E Chain and a family member (on my account) lives 4 blocks away on the opposite end. Until a month ago, I thought T-Mobile was great. Me, and everyone on my account went from "perfect" to "no reception", literally overnight! I have ZERO reception at my house and all the way down E Chain, where family has ZERO reception also! I called and complained, and tech support claimed that My area is considered "spotty". They are sending me a booster / modem, that MIGHT help, but only for inside the house. They only allow one "free" booster per account, and I had to renew my contract. They said that my family would have buy their own! We still had 9 mos. left on our old contract. I really had no choice other than to renew. Seems like a scam to me!
