I called AT and T last night about showing 4-5 bars on my when Mobile and constatnly getting failed calls! The response was that I'm sorry that you are experiencing that sir, and then silence. Not sure how long the tenure is at the call center. But AT and T needs to get the towers that the call center stats are down with no knowledge of time frame to get them active again. They also stated that I could purchase a Micro Cell at the cost of 19.95 a month or purchase it for 119.00. I think if the would quite putting time and effort into trying to sell the consumer more ShXt to try and make there service better and just fix the real problem it would be great. As At and T customers we pay an awful lot each month for the lousy service we get, and you can bet your bottom dollar that if we were 10 days late on a payment they would be calling every day.! Well when does the consumer get a break from the sub par service that they provide???????

Works 100% in Hebron. Haven't had a dropped call since I got it 6 mos. ago. No 4G yet but internet service has been perfect past 3 years so I switched phone from AT&T which was too expensive. Forget Verizon, it doesn't work here.
