Droped calls all the time on Iphone and blackberry. Dont get emails until get on highway. AT&T claims it is my equipment both a blackberry and iphone. Seems a bit crazy. Service has gotten worse do not get AT&T switching to verizon..

Excellent reception, I have never missed a call or have I ever had to look for a place to get better reception. I have not experienced a dropped call yet. I drove from Utah to Chicago and was able to make and receive calls on the highway in the middle of nowhere. Completely happy with my service. A bit expensive, but you pay what you get for. Internet speed is ok for my old Iphone, I get 2.25Mbps down on average. I wonder what speed a newer phone will get.

Always had great reception all over the entire Joliet - Chicago area. Signal used to be a little low in my basement, but a new tower just went up down the road and now I even get a decent 3G signal in my basement.

Wife and I bought iPhones so we switched to AT&T. The signal service in Joliet is horrendous. Some times to get signal I have to not only leave my house, but literally walk around halfway up the block (cathedral district). Just yesterday I was in the parking-lot at the Rt.59 and Theodore trying to call my wife, and it took *18* tries over 15 minutes to get a call to go through and last for more than 5 seconds. My in-laws have AT&T as well and none of us get signal at their house near Larkin and Black Rd. Stay away from AT&T if you live in or around Joliet, IL.

We have 4 different phones in our house,All have been replaced by Cingular, who insist we should be getting good sevice ! We have static and every other call gets dropped. We are very tired of complaining to Cingular as it sems to do no good. It is not our phones,it's their service ! Avoid them like the plague if you live around here. Go to Verizon... I never had a problem with them. We are all sorry we switched !

since Sprint took over Nextel the service has dropped, I loved Nextel till they took over now I barley get a signal I will be switching when contract is up. funny thing is they dont even try to keep you when you are going to cancel

I have to stand at the end of my driveway to get 2 bars. If I stand on my back porch I can usually get 1-2 bars. Coverage is terrible, dropped calls, calls go immediately to voice mail and most of my voice mails do not come in for 2 or 3 days after. If this was my personal phone, I would change providers, unfortunately this is my business phone.

I even have a Sprint airwave and it still SUCKS! I hope they go bankrupt. Ive had Sprint for 15yrs and cant remember it being this BAD. I hope Verizon is better in my area.

I've been getting the same story about towers being upgraded. No heads up about the change in reception. I've had about enough with Sprint. My contract is up in October and even that seems too long from now to keep putting up with them. As soon as the contract is over I will not be renewing! Customer service has been horrible along with quality of my "smart phones" and reception! not a happy customer at all! Would definitely NOT recommend Sprint to ANYONE!

No notice to customers cell towers are down and not expected to be restored until the end of June... .gave us a choice of only a $50.00 credit or waiver of cancellation fee's. This is fine but what about the phones be purchased through them and now have to start over? What kind of win strategy is this? I was under the impression all companies need clientele to make their business succeed?
