AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola T721	Multiple complaints with no results. I would never use Cingular again. I have learned that, in Lagrange, you must go outside and point your cell phone antenna toward their antenna on the water tower if you want to complete a call. Dropped calls all the time. Blech!
