For the 3rd time in 30 days the system was down... .dropped me again in the middle of a critical call Saturday May 21... .I called T Mobile and after the usual inquisition of who I am for MY protection they then answered MY questions... .."sir the system is down for "planned maintenance" this is the 3rd time I have heard that... .well the service still sucks most places around Lake county so what "maintenance" are they doing????... cant use it much in my house in Libertyville and drops every day on highway 60 on way to O Hare... we are talking about a metropolitan area of 10 million people Waukegan to Gary and the Lake to Dekalb,NOT rural Iowa... maybe DeutcheTelekom should sell it or get some education on what to do to make a cell system work properly in one of the most populous areas in the US... if I knew what would work in and around Northern illinois I would "DROP" T Moble!
