	Residential areas along Riverwoods don't have the greatest coverage. I'll get voicemails notification / txts in my basement but calls indoors will regularly drop. The surrounding areas, especially on major roads, have excellent coverage.

	Anywhere on Riverwoods Rd between Brampton Ln (3 / 4 mile north of Rt 22) and Portwine offers no coverage, or one bar which is unable to punch a call through. I live in this area and cannot make or receive calls from my home unless on the second floor, and that is unreliable.

	Reception is varies but seems to be getting better. Lots of garbled calls. The e815 seems better then my old V60s. Both had dropped calls especially south of the intersection of Rt22 and Riverwoods

	Any time I leave the building I work in and drive around Lincolnshire I lose reception. It's not that far from Chicago and Lincolnshire is not that remote a suburb. I got the phone free with plan purchase. I often hear my own voice echo so loudly when I make a call that there's no point in using the phone at all. I didn't have service for 4 days and there was no explanation. I've heard good things about Cingular from coworkers here and am going to try them soon. I use the phone rarely - for emergencies - so its important to me that I have decent reception.
