	2 yrs ago had reception=4. Since last year have 1 or 2, currently 1. Drop calls are 20-25%. Virtually EVERY call involves the other party asking me to call back on a landline! (which I do not have). We ask each other to repeat on almost every sentence. I run outside and stand in the road to get sufficient reception to have a conversation. PCS internet normally hangs during downloads. Customer service responded to complaints by starting a new contract with o warning and increasing price while removing features.
