I signed on to Sprint one year ago and recieved this phone with the service contract for almost no cost. I have been unhappy with the reception / service the whole time. Voices cutting out and dropped calls are common... ..Searching for service flows across my lcd screen many times also. I regret committing to a two year contract. I just recieved a 75 dollar credit after my one year of service. Since they have no phones near 75 dollars, they want me to pay out more for a different phone that may not be any better... is this an upgrade. On top of that, they require me to extend my service contract with them to two more years... .no thanks!

cut in and out for about a 3 mile area tried different phones same problem with cingular.Cingular have been say there are going to put up more tower but that bull.Worse service I ever had in the rockford area.

Just switched to Verizon from T-Mobile and couldn't be happier. I always have four bars(full) on my phone(V325) and same with my gf's phone(sch-a950) at home. In the basement it gets down to three bars and now loss of quality. So far we haven't had any dropped calls! T-Mobile sucked as far as reception. At home we would have to be close to a window so the calls wouldn't get dropped but it would still fade in and out and we had to repeat ourselves all the time with Tmobile. We wouldn't even think about taking calls in the basement. Verizon even works in the plant where I work at! I soon as I would walk to the front door I loose all reception before. I get reception all over at that place now!
