For some reason I'm getting dropped calls but only at night. I'm a new customer and still am under the 30-day return policy. Calls made at night get garbled and then drop. I talked to Sprint and they suggested purchasing a femtocell device to boost the signal. I also learned that you can get a credit of $.50 per dropped call (max. of 20 calls in a 30-day rolling period). The phone itself is great with all the features but the service is spotty. Data services are very slow and forget about watching any kind of videos.

Nextel has blown a good thing. Before, I had a spots that would drop out, but no big deal. Now, I get automatic dropouts at I-90 / 294 int, I-90/53 int, I-90 between Roselle Rd. and Rt. 59. I switched phones from the i730 to i530, thinking it may the phone. My friends have the same problem in the Lake County area around Libertyville and Gurnee. I am ready to cancel 6 lines and switch to another carrier.
