	Terrible. If calls aren't dropped completely, you can't have a conversation because the reception is going in and out. It's been this way forever, and complaining to Sprint doesn't help one bit.

	T-Mobile has the worst service of any cell phone service I have ever had. My calls are constantly dropped and my phone doesn't work in most buildings. If I am at home, my phone never works in the basement. Trying to appeal to someone at customer service was a joke. They told me that they would just add more towers in the area. That was a dumb comment to make since they didn't know what specific areas the calls were dropping in. Sometimes I have to call people back several times which is annoying when it happens to be an important call. Anyone thinking of switching to another phone service, I beg you not to go with T-Mobile.
