Occasion data dead zones on I-80 between Morris and Minooka, but call coverage has been very good. Generally only 3 bars or so but calls never drop and reception is always good.

Expect "Signal Faded Call Was Lost" from Sprint and many hours on the phone with "customer service" to drop their lousy service.

Sprint coverage has gone down the toilet in the last 3 months. My wife is a stay at home mom and she can't rely on her phone at our house or on Lisbon road to Morris. We will get 4 or 5 bars, but we continuously get signal faded call was lost disconnects.

alltel says roaming and Sprint tower is out so hae no service for 48 hrs. still waiting to use y cell am working out of town and need my phone

Sprint is absolutely useless from Seneca,Illinois all the way through Utica,Illinois.Also losses reception between Morris,Illinois and Minooka,Illinois and the Southern end of Morris altogether. Sprint has been notified repeatedly and does not seem to care. Useless. Time to switch after several yeasr of servise(8 years)

Verizon coverage is slipping.. The more they go digital, the more the coverage shrinks.. Don't trust your phone to make outgoing calls in the Morris Illinois area.. It may, or, may not work.. Get in the area of Wallmart.. Where you want your phone to work.. No Signal at all.. Go in the store, and, forget it.. Called Verizon, they said it must be the phone.. Could it be that all my and my freinds phones have gone bad.. No.. Don't expect good service in the area..

We found Verizon to be extremely unreliable throughout Morris, and between Morris and Rt. 52. Fortunately, Verizon customer service was excellent. They viewed my dropped call history, and flagged my account as having pour service. I was able to get out of my contract without paying the early termination fee.
