We normally have no signal anywhere in the house. Sometimes we can get one bar but then usually the call drops. We had good indoor signal with our previous carrier. We get one bar, maybe two, out on the sidewalk. We shouldn't have stayed with AT&T for two years. It was a waste of money because we can't use our cell phones in place of a long distance carrier. The LG CU400 phone has the same issues in this location.

Excellent Reception Everywhere In This Area. Every Where Is Excellent. No Problems At All. Including Surrounding Areas. I Have Cellular One From Woodruff Wisconsin and Traveled To The Area. No Problems At All. Cellular One Is GSM. Very Happy.

In my home about 3 blocks South-East of the intersection I get many dropped calls and frequently have difficulty with reception. Outside I usually have no reception problems unless I move around the yard.

T-mobile has been THE WORST phone carrier and service provider I have ever had. I get NO reception in my home and my reception fades in and out. When I am around trees, I loose calls or fade in and out. As far as customer service goes, they are terrible! I have NO IDEA how they ever received the JD Powers Customer Service award. I have called numerous times complaining about their "call forwarding" option so I at least can receive calls when there is no reception. They told me that I was doing it wrong, even though they walked me through the procedure 3 times, and then made me drive to 3 store locations to have someone check it because they didn't believe me and their customer phone service couldn't do anything about it. When I reached the store, I was then told someone would be calling me to credit me for the months I have been "call forwarding" and not getting the credit. It has been over 8 weeks and still not one person has called. I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

In my home I get no signal. Outside my home it gets a little better, but still get dropped calls. Have not had any problems anywere else, ex. work, driving or in Chicago. My wife also has AT&T with a Samsung E316, she has the same problems as me. Before we had Nextel and Sprint service and never had this problem.
