I work in a high tech area and heavily traveled area and have had nothing but issues with my phone for the past two months. It amazes me that when you talk with Sprint all they say is they are doing upgrades that should be completed by June. If one of my customers called me and I told them that I was doing upgrades to my equipment so their computer network should start working in 2 to 3 months I would not be in business long. The FCC and SEC need to review Sprint services and contracts and allow customers to break them without fear of recourse.

Always poor reception along ogden all carriers. But now Sprint is dropping many calls each day. They claim an update is going on thru JUNE. Naperville has never had 4G coverage. I live along I88, THE HI-TECH corridor??? Please.

We have 3 phones. For 1.5 years they worked below average, with lots of dropped calls. Now for the past five weeks things are worse, we cannot use them at home at all. Reception all around Naperville is poor. The first couple of reps from Sprint said yes there's a cell tower problem in the area. I was transferred to a guy on the phone who obviously is trained in blowing off customers with problems. He actually suggested I should figure out what is wrong with the cell tower! Good thing the call was dropped at that point because I was getting mad. Sprint is bad in every way. Modern U.S. corporate cheaters and cynics.

Whole area along 87th between Modaff and Naperville / Plainfield is a giant black hole for Sprint. Signal constantly switches from EVDO to 1X, drops completely, comes back to full, drops again. It's horrible. I have to use a signal booster that I convinced them to give me for free, but I still fail to receive half my calls. If you're thinking about Sprint, don't do it.

3g good usually 3-4 bars. 4g nothing. Will not work in Lisle either 53 and warrenville rd. Not getting my 10 bucks per month worth.

Low Strength, dropped calls and latency rates on data. Can not consider 4G and the extra fees until south side of Naperville gets better signal coverage

Reception cuts in and out, don't receive calls, and phone constantly wants to switch between EVDO and 1x. Standing outside house helps... a little bit. It's pretty bad though.

We are in the Clow Creek subdivision, and we get very bad reception.

Pretty good reception with Sprint - the best of the three carriers I've had over the years in this immediate area. Occasional annoying problems with delay where one party talks before the other is finished as a result. Decent coverage.

Sprint has been great for reception in house. Also, good reception throughout Chicagoland.

signal is weak... lots of dropped calls from my house... inside or outside

Very bad reception in the Tall Grass subdivision, just southwest of Rt 59 and 95th street in Naperville IL. Phone cuts out frequently.

This service sucks. Not only is the reception terrible, the dropped calls occur frequently. And they billed me twice for February. It is my mission to spread the word of how terrible this company is due to their terrible coverage, administration, and customer service. Never again.

I've had this phone for nearly a ayear now, and my reception has been excellent throughout this area.
