US Cellular alwyas has good reception for me all along the north shore, and everywhrer I travel... except for some parts of Sheridan Rd. The signal gets cut off when at the beach. Otherwise I'd say its excellent.

During conversations will lose some of what each person is saying. Very aggravating. Have contacted customer care MANY times about the problem, replaced phone and got a totally different model to try to correct the problem. But it continues. Certain areas in my home seem better, but not all the time. Now I'm told that there are towers needed in this area which will be built IN THE FUTURE. Right.

Works OK outdoors, maybe 2 bars. Indoors is hit or miss, a basement is death! Convince the park district to put up a tower at Sportsman's!

Almost a sure thing you'll drop your call when travelling on Dundee Rd. between Shermer and Waukegan Rd. Customer service useless in offering a remedy.

It below me away the fact that you have a cell phone but you can't use it because most of the time there is no signal. But to be fare I think it's the phone not the carrier
