Never had any problems whatsoever. I use the Razr in our apt at Lake&Austin and also all over Oak Park including downtown. Never had a dropped call yet with Verizon, never have less than perfect reception. Verizon is more expensive than the competition however and I think this is why!

Rarely can I complete a call; the fellow from the "can you hear me now network" obviously never visited out neighborhood... . The contract expires 15 days. Needless to say I am trying to find more consistent service.

I can't get any reception in the north east portion of Oak Park, IL. I have to drive down south towards Lake st and go west for a few blocks to get 5 bars of reception. Can something be done to get better reception in North eastern Oak Park,IL?
