Not bad voice reception - 3G is iffy at best. EDGE is pretty consistent. MUCH better than Verizon. So far I'm happy with AT&T.

My wife's Nokia 3195 is terrible! Always dropping calls and doing strange things. Never more than 3 bars on a perfect day. We switched to Motorola T720's and immediately raised the bar to 4 or 5. No dropped calls. Unfortunately she dropped her Motorola too hard and she is now back to the NO kia. We are in the process of switching to Verizon with LG VX3200's. We have no wired line so the cells are important.

My Nokia 5165 is excellent coverage with no reception issues. My wife has a Nokia 3360 - Piece of junk! Reception really bad even 1 mile away from the Tower.

This is my business phone. I frequently have customers return my calls and start the conversation with "Did you leave me a message earlier? I couldn't understand you at all because the connection was so bad." This is the worst service I have ever had. I can't wait for this contract to end so I can move on. Meanwhile, I'd rather use my VOIP account for business.

Phones, resception, and service all suck. 98% of the time when someone calls me or my husband they are directed straight to voicemail.

i have absolutely NO reception in my home. Cant make a call, cant receive a call, text messages do not come in. Been told for the last 5 months that its a tower issue / upgrade... .BUT NOTHING HAS GOTTEN ANY BETTER. So frustrating to not be able to make a call, or apologize for not having coverage when people call and YOU CAN NEVER ANSWER A CALL BECAUSE YOUR PHONE DOESN'T RING. 4 family lines with them and stuck for another year. Stay clear of Sprint if you live in this area.

Family has started to have major reception problems(dropped calls), unable to make or receive calls, internet and texting problems / issues. Called Sprint Customer Service and am always given the run around. Been told numerous times they are upgrading and they will not be done until, HOPEFULLY, early summer. Will not give credit until all work / upgrades are done and they will evaluate credit off of the number of drop calls that you have. Somehow they can keep that history for each telephone number?? November 2011, just bought new phones, cases, chargers and extra batteries. Over $600 invested. Who will pay for new phones and accessories if I leave them for someone else with the same crappy service. It is a lose lose situation for the cell phone consumer. Problem is that they can't handle the volume of calls and data output. There is such a strain on the services. The price we pay should reflect the quality of service. It isn't what we signed our contracts for!

No bars at my home, at all. EVER. Always drop calls at the intersection of 30 and 34. Called and complained to Sprint various times. They say they are upgrading towers. I've been hearing that for nearly 2 years now. I'm looking for new service now.
