Poor to non-existant reception - cannot use phone in house at all and even in yard and driveway calls drop frequently. Cannot make or receive calls without terrible static and 0-1 bar on reception meter

no reception inside house. phone frequently drops calls when in car, which is where I use it, since I get no reception in house. was trying to figure out what might be better, but this site does not show cell towers I know are there, and the most comments are old, (and they base ratings on comments that are like 3-4 years old) so not too helpful.

I left Cingular for bad reception in 2002 and went to TMobile. I thought service would have improved with the merger, NOT! I rarely have any reception and email, internet services does not work either due to no service, so I'm paying $39.99 for nothing. I'm turning the phones in and going back to TMobile.

I get great reception all over ChicagoLand. Great phone-great service- I believe they use Sprint cell towers.

Terrible reception and dropped call's in this genral area. I think this more the provider's problem than the phone. I know many people with other providers that do not have this problem in this area.

I normally get great reception except if there seems to be a great number of people using the service (i.e. Mother's Day, Father's Day) People using Cingular break up badly when calling me from their phones, mine maintains the four to five bar signal. Signal degrades in heavily wooded area near Sauk Trail heading towards South Chicago Heights. Overall, I get a very stable signal in most areas sans parts of Tinley / Orland Park.

Very Poor reccrption for Cingular customers that do not have any Antenna Booster for their phone. The area could use more cell tower coverage for the area. Only One Cell tower in the area to boost the signal in the area

parkforest IL has terrible reception for Cingular users it is crazy for as big as this community I can just forget about calling anyone here

AT&T service is impossible here. It sems every other carrier works but theirs. Even worse in the stores in the area. Constantly roams to Cingular, and still rarely works. Been with AT&T 4 years and it has gotten even worse.
