ATT advises that there are 10 towers in this reception area. They also report that all 10 are in a deteriorated state. As a crow flies, this location is 6 miles from O'Hare, so the assumption is O'Hare probably shares all aor part of these 10. So, can you imagine the top 5 busiest airport in the world with all cell phone towers operating subpar? ATT also said it is impossible to get a Micro Cell solution because it would be pulling in from these towers and would be of no benefit. This is the story they tell an Enterprise Customer, with two private lines as well, and for the past 9 years, the coverage is consistent (bad).

Within a 6 block radius from this location coverage is extemely spotty. I get a decent signal of 3-4 bars out of 5 and then out of the blue it will drop off to no bars! Drop the call and 5 seconds later jump back to 3-4 bars and I'm not moving. I average about 5 dropped calls from a 30 min. conversation. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've experienced this at home, in the parking lot, etc. I talked to T-Mobile multiple times and they said they had a ticket open when I signed up with them. Needless to say I feel I was lied to and by the time I found out I was already stuck under contract without the ability to cancel without penalty.

I work in Rosemont and drive home north on Dee Rd. and then East on Talcott. Reception is perfect until I reach Maine South High School. Like clockwork each time, as soon as I reach the Dee and Devon intersection I lose my reception or signal becomes too sporadic for me to talk (however, the person I'm talking to can always hear me perfectly). Anything North and / or East of Maine South (onto Courtland Ave - where I leave), reception is horrible or non-existent.

Cannot Make a call on my GSM phone from Inside the Walgreens. It's not the building as outside the signal strength is only shown 1 of 8 bars. Very frustrating.
