	Very poor reception in this area. Calls drop as soon as I get anywhere near my home. I will switch to another provider after my contract runs out in 90 days. My wife has Verizon and her phone works like a champ.

	Don't try to use your phone when driving down Palatine Rd. in Prospect Heights. I commute from Palwaukee Airport daily to Barrington and cannot make a call anywhere in this area. I don't get any reception bars until I get all the way to Rt. 53 in Arlington Heights. Called them several times and they said their is nothing that can be done to improve coverage. (I already have replaced my phone once to see if that was the problem).

	I live and work in this area and I cannot use my phone in my home nor at my job (2 blocks away). I cannot believe the lies that the T-Mobile customer service people tell you when you call them to report your problems.

	Absolutely the worst reception of any carrier in this area. My AT&T phone worked great in this area before I switched to T-Mobile. Don't make the same mistake as I did!

	Reception in this area is terrible. I replaced my phone already and that did not solve the problem. My neighbor has AT&T and his works fine. Stay away from T-Mobile.

	Reception in Prospect Heights Area is non existant! I should have stayed with Cingular. I went for the cheaper rates and the quality of service is horrible.

	Horrible reception in this entire area. T-Mobile says they are aware that the reception is bad in this area and that I should request my money back!
