	HORRIBLE! I hardly ever get service, even in my own home. I am basically paying for a phone I cannot use.

	The bars of reception is not the issue. The issue is I can't dial out nor can I receive calls. As soon as I reach the Richton Park area, which is where I live, my Samsung Gravity T phone stops working. This is my only phone, I dont have a landline and no alternative way to make calls. It always happens Friday night and lasts the entire weekend and it also happens on holidays. Extremely unreliable. when I call T Mobile they do absolutely NOTHING but anger and frustrate me by asking if I have another phone to use or ultimately they say there is nothing they can do. They never credit my account or anything. But they want their money every month. I hate this service, they can never tell you what the problem is or anything.
