From the second floor I can make and receive calls and send and receive messages. I'll be in the middle of a call and the call will drop. Sometimes I will have to wait several minutes before signal is restored.

I used to have Verizon and got no signal in Rochelle, I have great service now. I do lose calls driving through Creston and Malta though. I am disappointed with the Sprint Premier Program disappearing in January but I am due for an upgrade Dec 1st and will definitely stay loyal to Sprint. They have provided excellent customer service on every occassion.
