Sprint customer for many years and the signal in downtown Rockford, IL is getting worse by the day. Used to get good 3G speeds but it has slowed to a crawl in the last year. Call signal has also gotten progressively worse.

In my house I get about 2 bars. I get dropped calls occasionally when I go in my basement. When I'm on U.S. Route 20 I get awesome signal. I was even watching shows on my Netflix app with 3g. Whenever 4g comes out in rockford for Sprint I'm sure Sprint will own Rockford.

Next to no or no service in my home. I have been with Sprint for over 10 years and the service is getting worse!

I use Sprint as my only phone and got NO service in my house. I complained to Sprint hard enough and they sent me "free of charge" there AirRave signal booster. My phone signal and Internet is blazing fast. Other than that, Ive had Verizon..TOO expensive, and there service is NO better than Sprint. Thats MY opinion!

So many droped calls,crappy signal,getting ready to switch to a diffrent carrier like t mobile and still waiting on 4g they all say it will be here in april wow what a joke.I would just like to be able to make calls and not worry about losing them.

Crappy signal maybe 1 or 2 bars on Good day getting ready to switch to AT&T or Verizon I have had Sprint Nextel for 14 years and never had it this bad... ...

Excellent signal. I can make phone calls even when I'm in the elevator in my apartment building. I'm pretty sure Sprint has a tower downtown. 3G delivers consistent speeds of 2-3 downstream, which is outstanding.

When I'm in my car I get fairly good reception. However when I'm in my home, recepion is very very poor. When I'm in my family room, my service even goes into "roam". I've been reading about "passive repeaters" and might get something like that for the house, but they are very expesive (between $300-$800).
