Excellent service by US Cellular since the two years I have had this connection. My family has been using US Cellular since 6 years in Romeoville, IL. All of us have had great signal and voice quality always. Never has the service failed, ever. From cell phone reception to great deals on phone upgrades to customer service, both in-store and on the phone. Accurate billing... Etc. The only reason I am writing this review was because my father was planning to get new T-Mobile connections via the Family Mobile brand of walmart and T-Mobile to save some more money on the monthly billing. But after my analysis and studying various factors I am going to stick with USC. Just for your info, I use basic cell phone service with text,no data plans.

IVE BEEN COMPLAINING TO THEM FO THREE WEEKS ABOUT DROPPED CALLS. I HAVE 3 LINES AND WE ALL GET DROPPED CALLS SINC AUGUST. nOW, OUR TEZTS ARE NOT GOING THROUGH. I HAVE A YEAR AND A HALF ON THE CONTRACT AND WANT OUT... .THEY WILL NOT BUDGE. THEYKEEP SAYING IT WILL BE FIXED. I'M GOING TO CALL THEM EACH TIME I GET A DROPPED CALL WHICH IS AT LEAST 5 TIMES EACH DAY. MAYBE THATLL IRRITATE THEM ENOUGH. I SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING EARLY TERMINATION FOR A SERVICE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED...

phone calls drop every 10 minutes. it is as if the phone company tracks how long you are talking. when you reach 10 minutes the phone call is over. reception bars go up and down dramatically during a phone call from 5 to 1 to dropped call. horrible.

All over network my ***. I don't have LD on my land line and can barely have a conversation on my cell phone at home. When is my contract up?

I have had Sprint since 2001 and have always lost calls here. And no reception.
