Been using T-Mobile for about six months to a year now since switching over from Cingular. Intially reception seemed much better but then proceeded to drop as time went on. No idea why. Biggest gripe with T-Mobile is dropped calls. When I receive my monthly statement and lets say it shows that I made 500 calls then you have to take into account that at least 50% of those are really dropped calls. Just waiting for my contract to fullfill and I will be looking for another carrier, b ut not sure who just yet.

Been a customer with Cellular One, then Cingular and now it's called AT&T. What used to be good coverage has no gotten very poor. I notice that AT&T is much better in downtown Chicago than in the western suburbs. I called AT&T and they informed me that they have a tower no less than a couple of miles from my house but yet service is patchy at best. The phone will show 4-5 bars but as you make the call and the phone connects the bars drop off faster than Paris Hilton at a wiener roast.

Strong signal, clear reception. It may because I am using the Razr.

This area is a dead zone for ALL carriers. nothing gets in. I'm even trying a repeater system but everyone tells me to move.
