	I average AT LEAST one dropped call every day. If I find reception that's good enough to maintain a connection, the person on the other line is so garbled, I have to hang up and use my land line.

	had Cingular for many yrs then got new "gsm" phones which never worked got excuse after excuse from them including problems with their billing. overcharges watch your bills. The dealer wanted to give me an antenna to attach to a window and plug in to my phone for better reception this is wireless! then switched to Verizon and never a problem anywhere including other states!

	T-Mobile tower is across the street but Verizon coverage even on the second floor or out in the yard is lousy with many dropped calls. Can you hear me now? NO

	Poor reception, frequent dropped calls. But it wasn't like this until about two months ago. Calls to VW Customer Service are a waste of time. They don't even know where their towers are.

	The 5 bar is quite recent. Generally the past two years it has been 3 bars from my home with poor reception and dropped calls which forced me to use a landline. Like a previous reviewer I too am near the Fox river. Hopefully the 5 bars is not an aberation.
