	Sprint has made a corporate decision to allow their customers to go elsewhere. Their service is now beyond bearable and their response is indifferent. I highly recommend to try any other option.

	Reception is good in this area, I have never had a dropped all. But my data speeds are horrendous.

	Have had very good luck with US Cellular... I had Nextel. I can't even stand talking to someone with a Nextel. I was calling to complain about Nextel, when the operator told me I was next to a tower. I was still getting a bad signal.

	It's pathetic when you have no signal in your own home. The connection also drops out in various suburbs as I commute to work. I'd hate to get a flat when I have no signal! I don't know if the problem is the phone or the service, but Nextel put their name on the equipment so they should make sure it works!

	I wanted to use this phone as my primary phone and cancel my phone service but the Sprint reception in South Elgin is terrible. I can talk fine when I drive home from work but as soon as I am in city limits my calls break up and get dropped. Sprint needs to add more towers to this area.
