Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: thunderbolt	We switched to Verizon a few years ago because it was the only carrier that worked in the area. That was until approximately 6 months ago. Signal started getting really poor reception. It continually has gotten worse to the point where there is NO reception. We now have to drive a mile to get at least one bar. It is pathetic. I've called Verizon and they say they can't do anything unless I call from the area I am having the problem. Duh, I get no signal so I can't call them. So now I simply have to wait until my contract ends! Verizon is the worse!
