Great reception indoor and out, i work in Vernon Hills and with my last carrier US Cellular I couldn't get reception indoors at all, with Sprint i get flawless reception! I can go anywhere within my store and not have a dropped call or a reception below 3 bars. Perfect!

A few dropped calls, but otherwise not a problem. I do not have a smart phone. I am thinking of getting one but may switch to Sprint due to cost...

I always have at least 3 bars, but usually more, even when I'm in my basement. The internet access is surprisingly pretty fast too!

The service around here works fine, but of course could be a lot better if they guarenteed indoor coverage. in all I nevered dropped a call when I am out and had really fast data speeds. I had us cellular and I also dropped calls left and right and never a web page to fully load with out an error message

Get really good reception inside and outside of the building. Sometimes there some momentary drops in the signal (for about 5-10 seconds) to about 2 bars; but for the most part it stays around 4 bars. I have a Treo 650 with Verizon.

I used to get 4 bars at home. Just recently, all disappeared. I called ATT and they toldl me there was no change in their side. This affects not just my phone, all my familiy member's and my company phone which is also AT&T. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

My calls were constantly dropped when I was visiting friends in Vernon Hills. My phone kept going into SOS mode and would not let me make calls. Data service is super slow as well.

Outdoors or in a car is tolerable but dropped / garbled calls are common. Indoors on the first floor of a townhouse, reception is terrible. I can answer the phone indoors but I have to go outside to talk. I almost always drop calls when driving by the RustOleum building on Hawthorn Pky. Very garbled at Townline and Lakeview by Portillos. I don't know if it is the Samsung phone or T-Mobile but I can't stand it. I will be switching phones and service very soon.

i donot any signal inside the house not on any cell fone we have 3 models none of them works properly, I have to say million times, "can u hear me now", so frustrating, uhhhhh! i hate the service the only answer is they donot guarenteel reception inside the house. i would never recommend to anyone in area.
