NO data period! Tech support says it's not available in Chicago! Forget about games, internet, even updating your phone, it won't work. Also only 1 bar in my house, and usually have to go outside to even make a call. I am definitely canceling my contract...

Weak signal in nothern Villa Park, especially along Ardmore Ave. Handset shows zero to 2 bars. This varies from day to day. It is at a minimum but barely holding signal. Once call is placed, signal gets worse. I even had the handset checked at the store to confirm that it is fine. Good signal can be found in elevated locations such as a bridge or if you climb a tall tree. Yes, I tried that too. Are you reading this Verizon? Where is the "can you hear me now" guy?

T-mobile sucks. STAY AWAY from this company. I used to have Verizon with a nice pricy business phone (no cam, old school). I would be the only one to have a signal either in basements or down south in rural areas. Now I made the "smart" decision to switch to T-mobile. At my home the signal is 4 or so bars. Which isnt bad, up till the time I start talking. It goes down to 1 bars and within 30 min it drops the call. Also I got a nice quadband phone that is exclusive to tmobile, but they dont have any games or apps for it, even though its exclusive.
