	Since January 26th, I haven't been able to make calls without them dropping. Every time I call Sprint has me on hold forever, then tells me they have a ticket open for a tech to be out working on it, estimated fix two days. Every time I call, same crap, same story. I've been without a phone for nearly a month. They suck. Now, their customer service sucks so bad you get even more frustrated trying to resolve the issue. They have their heads up their butts. Definitely going to look for a different company. Absolutely unacceptable for how much I pay them each month.

	Dropped calls and poor reception. Emergency call from my dad's nursing home and call was dropped. When contact was finally established, reception went in and out. Last month, the same thing. Calls dropped 3 times when I was speaking to CS. Rep couldn't hear me. I was upset and finally emailed Nextel / Sprint.

	When I first got my two tri-band GSM's I could get Cingular in my basement (3-4 bars signal). Now as of last week (5/18/04) I get zilch. Only AT&T tower (over 2 miles away). Signal sucks.
