There are big gaps in coverage south of Auburn. I've also found areas near Churubusco / Tri-lakes where you can drive on highways for miles with no coverage. In my home, I only have one room where my phone works consistently, but my husband's Virgin Mobile is more reliable in more places.

well am joining the ranks here, my coverage is just AWFUL around garrett, butler, kendallville! I have to humble myself and use my friends centenniel for emerg calls. Am told this is just an issue with limited tower access for t-mobile. BUY more tower space I say then to compete with the others! Seems simple enough for a company their size. How can they promote their service in this area when what you get is touch and go calls. My mothers track phone gets better access to those towersthan mine does. Get with it T-Mobile just buy more tower space. Isall they need do, tech have told me this

I actually have never had a problem with T-Mobile in and around Auburn. I've driven to Edgerton and had no problems. Reception is fine in Butler. Mostly I've used it in Auburn though. I've never had a problem on I-69 north to I-94 or south to Indy except for one patch south of Huntington. Otherwise its been great. Really like the Nokia brand. Excellent value / quality.
