	Their big red map is the biggests lie. They say that they have 100% coverage in my area but I get dropped calls inside or out all the time. I go to their main store for service and have found out that even to pay a bill takes 30 minutes. Their customer service and bill paying set up is geared to let you look at all their phones in the hopes of selling you something rather than serving you. I will not renew my contract with them.

	Very poor reception in the area south of Avilla to Huntertown on SR 3, especially around the SR 205 intersection. I've rarely gotten a call to last through the area without dropping it. Verizon is VERY nonresponsive to requests for a cell tower in this area.
