Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG-VX8300	You cannot get Verizon reception in Berne, especially in the downtown area. It is terrible. I have no problem otherwise with Verizon's reception in other areas of the state. The city of Berne has even petitioned Verizon to try and get a tower located in the area, but to no avail.
