Very Spotty, usually cant make a call or it drops immediately. Getting Cingular to set the ATT towers as primary on your phones SIM card will help, as the ATT towers have better signal strength.

Cingular reception is just as good if not better than Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint, on campus. My roomate has Verizon, and we seem to get the same coverage just about everywhere. I sometimes have a bar more than him. Plus, Cingular's reception is supposed to get better now that they bought out AT&T.

Awful reception. Once in a blue moon we get reception, but then it is so crackly that you end up getting disconnected anyway. We may switch to Verizon, which seems to get good reception.

Coverage is good on campus, I usually have a perfect or near-perfect signal. The only problem is in some of the older buildings my signal will fade but that's to be expected.

I can't get any reliable reception at my house. I travel quite a bit throughout southern Indiana for work, mainly back and forth along hwy 46 and back and forth along hwy 50. There is no reception out there unless I come to a small town where Verizon has towers. I am frustrated that the much touted merger between Nextel and Sprint did not result in allowing Nextel customers to use Sprint towers; as my work cellphone (a very, very old Audiovox CDM9155SP) can get at least roaming coverage most everywhere in this rural area.

I have the worst reception anywhere on campus. The Nextel store itself in bloomington has NO service. Slightly ironic if you ask me. NEVER use Nextel in bloomington

I cannot get any reception inside the hotel. If I want to make a call I have to go outside and even then it is really a weak signal.

The service here sucks. I can't get much where I live unless I am right next to the window and i'll get about Two bars. I have a nice phone so I know it's not it. Also I seem to pick up Cingular service because it is a lot better reception but that is annoying because it makes me drop calls and not be able to call out unless I physically go in and change the service to T-mobile. Then it will go right back to being cingular.

I have to set my phone on one specific table in the house to get any reception at all. Usually, it notifies me twenty minutes after somebody calls, IF they leave a voicemail--it almost never rings. For some reason, it actually only works on my left ear at home. If I use my right ear, it cuts out. No joke. Word is Verizon and Sprint are much better 'round here.

Although I have Motorola V330, which is supposed to get good reception, I get almost no signal anywhere on the south side of campus or on the east side of town (but I see that others do get reception, even in elevators). When I do get reception, it fades in and out all the time and the sound quality is poor. I cannot believe T-Mobile claims reception on the IU campus or anywhere near campus in Bloomington.
