The funny thing is that we used to get excellent coverage, however now the coverage is poor in our house but great once we step outside. Useing a cell phone is essential in our line of work so we are in a jam unless we purchase a repeater.

I am getting 5 bars of reception, but I haven't been able to send / receive calls or texts for 3 days. I went to the Sprint store today because I thought it was a problem with my phone and they told me there was a problem with the towers in the Clarksville / Jeffersonville area and its been getting worse for the past 2 weeks. I asked them what they were doing to fix the problem and when my service would be restored and they acted like it was no big deal that my phone had been turned into a glorified paperweight. I then demanded to be credited on my bill for every day that I had no service and they looked at me like I had suddenly grown a 2nd head. My contract is up in less than a month and if they don't fix this problem ASAP, I will definitely be finding a new carrier. This is ridiculous!

Occasional loss of signal at home. No signal at work (the room I work is in somewhat RF tight). I think Sprint has the best roaming arrangement. I have to say, however, my government Blackberry is on Verizon and seems like I have better coverage with it, though I haven't done much traveling since I've had my BB to test it. I've always been happy with Sprint, but now I'm considering a possible switch to Verizon.

Sprint leaves a lot to be desired in the Southern Indiana / Louisville Area. I'm certainly not a fan.

I used to have Cingular and their service was terrible, I once lost a call 4 times on I-65! Verizon is wonderful, I can get service on an elevator or in a parking garage below street level! Hands down Verizon is the best!
