Below average to poor to no reception at times just 1 mile north from tower site in Columbia City. This is verified by three other phones in the same general location. After calling Sprint I was informed that they had a site problem and that it would be corrected within a few days. This seems to be Sprint's answer to every coverage problem that has been reported by us. Had the same on-going problem for months at another site within Whitley County in the past.

Terrible reception. Terrible phone. One second you could have 3 bars and literally within 2 seconds no reception at all. Constantly drops calls or cannot even connect to make the call in the first place.

Been with Verizon for 10 yrs, always worked great, moved to columbia city 4 yrs ago and for the past 2 yrs my reception has been crap, 3 bars at best, usually 1-2 with dropped calls, and no bars inside of home and work. Upgraded to the blackberry last fall thinking it would help but nope, worst part is I went on vacation to south carolina last week and had nearly full bars all the way there and back. I have talked to other people with other carriers and they too have problems, must just be this area. :-(
