Cellular One 2 Out of 5	About half the time or more, the service switches from Cellone Partners to Cellone. On Cellone, NO ONE can reach me---I'm in trouble if there is an emergency. I have been with Cellone for over 20 yrs and have not had a problem until I moved to Covington. Good service if you are in Vermilion County---I'm in need of a service that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and has good reception in my area. My phone is also for my business as well.
